At Atelier Sakura, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unused items. Our dedicated team ensures that your exchange or refund process is handled with the same care and craftsmanship as our products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Atelier Sakura packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
